The 5g/hr light industrial ozone generator is used for small STP/ETP disinfection up to 1,000 L/hr, swimming pool ozonation for pools up to 100,000 litres, cold storage rooms up to 500 m³, small aquaculture tanks, and food processing wash water treatment in restaurants and small food plants.
The 5g/hr unit operates on dry compressed air (oil-free compressor with built-in desiccant dryer included) and produces ozone at 3–5 wt%. An optional oxygen feed from a PSA oxygen generator can increase output to 7–8 wt% for demanding applications.
The 5g/hr unit consumes approximately 100–150 W at rated output, equivalent to running two 60W light bulbs. It operates on standard single-phase 230V/50Hz power. A dedicated 15A circuit is recommended.
A venturi injector is available as an accessory and is recommended for all water treatment applications. The standard unit ships with the ozone generator only; the complete system with venturi injector, PVDF tubing, and ambient air monitor can be ordered as a system package.
