The OZ-AAM-10 is a continuous real-time ozone air monitor built for industrial safety and process control. Uses an electrochemical sensor with Delta DVP-14SS2 PLC and 4.3-inch HMI touchscreen. Onboard data logger stores up to 1 year of readings downloadable via USB. Dual alarm levels with LED indicators, audible buzzer, and relay outputs. Suitable for water treatment plants, food processing, pharma, and clean rooms.

The ambient air monitor is factory-set with two alarm levels: Level 1 (warning) at 0.05 ppm (WHO 8-hour TWA) and Level 2 (danger/auto-shutoff) at 0.1 ppm (OSHA PEL/CEE limit). Both levels trigger audible and visual alarms; the Level 2 alarm also sends a relay output signal to shut down the ozone generator.
Install the ambient air monitor at breathing zone height (1.0–1.5 m above floor level) in the ozone generator plant room, near the most likely leak point (generator enclosure, venturi injector, or contact vessel vent). Do NOT install in the cooling tower basin area or outdoor locations — ozone decays to oxygen rapidly in open air.
Yes. Under CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the ozone generator must be provided with a gas detection system for any area where workers may be exposed to ozone above 0.1 ppm. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1000 (USA) and similar regulations in EU member states and GCC countries impose a PEL of 0.1 ppm for 8-hour TWA.
The electrochemical ozone sensor element has a service life of 12–24 months depending on ambient ozone exposure levels. An ageing sensor drifts high — the zero-check procedure (fresh outdoor air should read 0.03–0.05 ppm) detects sensor drift. Replacement sensor elements are available from Ozone India Technology.
