Yes. Our engineers install the chamber at your lab, verify ozone concentration against the UV photometric monitor, run a shake-down test, and train your operators. Annual calibration is offered as part of the AMC.
What warranty is provided?
12 months standard manufacturer warranty on the chamber, ozone generator, PLC and sensors from date of commissioning. Extended AMC available on request.
Is the chamber safe? What happens to the ozone after the test?
Every OZ India Ozone Test Chamber ships with an integrated ozone destructor: at the end of a test cycle the chamber ozone is catalytically decomposed to oxygen before the door interlock releases — so operators are not exposed to residual ozone.
