Salt spray (salt fog) test chambers for accelerated corrosion testing of metal parts, coatings, electroplating, paint, and anodising. Produces continuous 5% NaCl salt fog at 35±1°C with precise pH control (6.5–7.2) per ISO 9227 neutral salt spray (NSS), acetic acid salt spray (AASS), and copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray (CASS) standards. SS316 interior and corrosion-resistant polypropylene cabinet. Timer-controlled test cycle. Applications: automotive body panels and fasteners, marine hardware, electroplated components (zinc, chrome, nickel), painted and powder-coated parts, decorative hardware, and BIS quality control testing.
