Ozone India Technology offers two types of oxygen generation equipment: Industrial PSA Oxygen Generators and Portable Oxygen Concentrators.
Industrial PSA Oxygen Generator: Produces 90-95% pure oxygen on-site using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) with zeolite molecular sieve beds separating oxygen from compressed air. No liquid oxygen cylinders needed. Paired with ozone generators, oxygen feed produces 3-5x higher ozone concentration versus air feed — enabling a smaller ozone generator for the same output and reducing power per gram of ozone. Ideal for large STP/ETP plants, aquaculture, and industrial processes.
Portable Oxygen Concentrator (5 LPM / 10 LPM): Compact, lightweight units for medical, clinical, and home-use oxygen therapy. Adjustable flow from 1 LPM up to 5 or 10 LPM. Delivers 93±3% O2 concentration. Low noise operation. 220V AC single-phase power. Suitable for hospitals, clinics, elderly care, and emergency oxygen supply.

The ozone odour control system achieves 90–99% odour reduction for typical industrial odour compounds including hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, VOCs, and mercaptans at designed flow rates. Effectiveness depends on contact time and initial concentration. A dissolved ozone monitor in the exhaust stack verifies ongoing performance.
Ozone India Technology destructors are sized from 10 L/min (small laboratory or 2g/hr generator exhaust) to 500 L/min (large 350g/hr generator off-gas) in standard models. Custom high-flow destructors for 400g/hr+ generator installations are available with additional catalyst volume.
